Open Settings → Members, type an email address, pick a role and press Invite. They get an email with a link to join, and the invitation expires after 14 days. Up to ten people can be on one project, including you.
Collaborators never pay. Billing belongs to the renovation, not to the people working on it.
The two kinds of role
Access levels are a ladder — how much someone may change.
- Admin — everything except billing and removing members.
- Editor — add and edit items, documents and master data.
- Viewer — read-only.
Functional roles describe a job rather than a level. There are two, and they have the same permissions; the difference is that it tells the person what they are here for, and lets you tune one without touching the other.

What a functional role sees
Someone in a functional role gets the rooms, the items and the delivery schedule, and can mark things delivered as they arrive. Prices, payments, who paid and receipt links are kept out of their view, and the documents section is not shared with them.
You can change what each role sees in Settings → Roles. That screen separates the switches the server enforces from the ones that only hide things from view, and it is worth reading before you rely on either — Security and your data explains the difference in full.
Changing your mind
Change somebody's role from the same Members screen, or remove them. Removal takes effect on their very next action; they do not keep a copy of anything.
An invitation you have sent but which has not been accepted can be revoked from the pending list.
