Billing is per project, never per person. Everybody you invite to a renovation is free, however many of them there are, up to ten people on a project.
The free trial
Every new project starts with 14 days free. Everything is switched on, with a cap of 5 items and 3 documents. No card is needed to start, and nothing charges you automatically when the trial ends.
The two plans
- Monthly — USD 12 per month, cancel anytime.
- 6 months — USD 60 once. It does not auto-renew.
Both remove the caps. The six-month plan exists because a renovation ends: it buys a fixed window and then stops, rather than leaving you a subscription to remember to cancel.
Choose one in Settings → Billing. Clicking a plan selects it; a separate Subscribe button starts the payment. Payment happens on Stripe's pages — your card details never reach YPReno.
If a project's access runs out
The project is locked rather than deleted. You can still sign in, still see the project in your list, and still subscribe to reopen it. Items are not readable while it is locked, and the documents list stays visible so you can see what is in there.
A locked project is kept for 30 days. You are emailed when it locks and again before the end. After that it is permanently deleted, and that is not recoverable — so if you are letting a project lapse on purpose, take an export first. See exporting or deleting your data.
Changing or cancelling
Cancel from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops the renewal; it does not cut the access you have already paid for, which runs to the end of the period.
