One trip to one shop can produce twenty-five things. Adding them one at a time means retyping the same store and the same delivery date twenty-five times.
Press Add item, then switch the toggle at the top from Single to Multiple. This is a paid feature; on the free trial you can see it but not use it.
Step one — the names
One item per box. Type a name, press Enter, type the next. If you already have the list somewhere — a quote, an email, a note on your phone — pasting several lines at once fills a box each.
Only the name is read. "2x Curtain" becomes an item called "2x Curtain", not two curtains, because guessing would quietly turn "3 Seater Sofa" into three sofas. Quantity is a control you can see on the next screen.
Step two — what they have in common
The review screen lists every item, with a quantity you can change and a checkbox to drop any you have changed your mind about. Above it is a block headed Shared by every item:
- Room and category
- Store
- Whether they are already purchased
- The delivery window, and whether that date is confirmed
Set those once and they apply to all of them. Anything you leave unset is left unset on the items — it is not written as an empty value, so a shared field you skip cannot overwrite anything.
Below that is one Receipt chooser. Whatever you pick there is attached to every item this run creates.
Prices
The bulk flow does not ask for prices, on purpose. A name and a room is enough to get the list into the app; the prices are usually on a receipt you are still holding. Open an item afterwards and add its price then.
